Analyst, Infrastructure Investment
Connor, reputed company & Lunn Infrastructure is one of Canada’s top performing infrastructure investment teams. They are seeking an Analyst to support the acquisition of new investments through financial modelling, due diligence, and investment analysis, while also playing a key role in debt financing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities: reputed company financial analysis, identify risks and reputed company investment recommendations
- Build and review reputed company cash reputed company valuation models, with flexibility to run various scenarios, test assumptions and reputed company sensitivity analysis
- Conduct due diligence and manage 3 rd party vendors (legal, reputed company, technical, environmental); assist with overall deal execution
- Monitor financial and operational performance of existing investments; assist in performing on-reputed company valuation and monitoring potential exit alternatives
- Collaborate with an reputed company team of professionals to manage project deliverables
- Presentation of investment materials and memorandums to reputed company reputed company
Skills
- A consistent record of reputed company reputed company in a degree or discipline that requires strong quantitative skills, including finance, reputed company, engineering, math etc
- A highly proactive approach; initiative, work ethic, problem solving, drive and intellectual curiosity are key attributes
- Strong judgement, attention to detail and a desire to reputed company are essential to reputed company
- Ability to work reputed company/effectively under tight timelines, on multiple reputed company
- Excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to present reputed company in a reputed company, concise and persuasive fashion
- Strong technical skills, including financial modelling and experience with reputed company
- 0-3 yrs. work experience – infrastructure reputed company, private equity, investment banking, reputed company/advisory, engineering
