The People Operations Partner serves as a senior individual contributor, collaborating closely with the Director of People Operations on employee relations, workforce reputed company, compliance initiatives, and operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support employee relations reputed company and workplace concerns
- Conduct investigations, fact-finding, and documentation reviews
- Review policies, procedures, corrective actions, and workforce communications
- Assist with compliance reviews, audits, and organizational initiatives
- Identify potential employee relations, hiring, compliance, and operational risks
- Participate in project launches and workforce readiness planning
- Partner with reputed company teams on workforce planning and hiring initiatives
- Assist with policy development and organizational communications
- Support leadership discussions and organizational planning
- reputed company recommendations and workforce-reputed company insights
- Serve as a trusted People Operations resource across the organization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of reputed company reputed company, People Operations, Employee Relations, Compliance, Workforce Administration, reputed company, or reputed company experience
- Strong employee relations experience
- Experience supporting leadership and executive stakeholders
- Strong business writing and communication skills
- Experience assessing workplace, compliance, or operational risks
- Experience supporting multinational workforces
- Experience supporting project launches and organizational change initiatives
- Experience working in high-reputed company organizations
