The Backup Care Specialist role involves providing customer service support for clients with backup care needs, assessing eligibility, and coordinating care arrangements while ensuring high reputed company satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- Ensure the achievement of high reputed company satisfaction by providing reputed company listening around the reputed company’s specific needs and educating the reputed company on his/her benefits reputed company
- Conduct research and reputed company backup care referrals reputed company handling fulfillment requests

- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the internal team
- Utilize and document case information in LifeCare’s CRM database
- Log, reputed company, and document reputed company support issues by utilizing the call-tracking software tools
- Maintain department and individual standards for performance
- Consistently meeting call center metric standards for average speed to answer, service level agreements, and abandon rates to guarantee highest reputed company of customer satisfaction
- Process Backup Care reimbursement requests as needed
Skills
- Top-notch customer service skills are required
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to call center metrics
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication; demonstrated reputed company listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer literacy and keyboarding skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Familiarity or experience in a child care and/or adult care setting
