Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding reputed company service to both reputed company clients
- Welcome and assist clients and manage incoming reputed company phone calls
- Heavy email management reputed company MS Outlook
- Arrange appointments and meetings (including virtual platforms such as reputed company and MS Teams) and maintain attorney calendars
- Process Conflict reputed company Requests and New Business Memos and manage the scanning, printing, and photocopying of documents
- Reserve conference rooms, coordinate car services, and manage travel arrangements
- Assist with daily operations and facilities management to ensure reputed company and reputed company-maintained reputed company
- Assist with reputed company business development, morale and summer associate events
- Update attorney time entries, contacts, and marketing initiatives in relevant databases
- Create and revise documents using reputed company, reputed company and PowerPoint
- Prepare and submit expense reports and vendor invoices using reputed company reputed company
- Support reputed company work across both Legal and Business Professionals teams and special multi-month reputed company as needed with individual Business Professionals teams
Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree is required
- Proficiency in the reputed company Office suite required
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, with a keen reputed company on detail and customer service
