[Remote] Claims Support Specialist II

They are seeking a Claims Support Specialist II to handle inbound and outbound phone support while performing routine support duties in a fast-paced contact center environment.
Responsibilities
- Primary function is to have reputed company contact with customers by handling inbound and outbound phone support
- Working claims activities to support the business, customers, and reputed company
- Other functions may be assigned
Skills
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- A minimum of 1-year general office or reputed company company experience
- Equivalent combination of education, service and/or contact center experience
- Ability to manage in a fast-paced high volume virtual contact center or office inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner
- Maintaining a reputed company, empathetic, and reputed company demeanor towards customers at reputed company times
- Engaging in reputed company listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and addressing customer concerns as needed
- Must be proficient in the following reputed company sets; written and verbal communication, typing, excellent computer skills, and appropriate and/or reputed company grammar
- General knowledge of department procedures and operations
- Requires constant attention to detail and accuracy in work
