reputed company is a reputed company-of-sale financing provider serving large home improvement and retail organizations in Canada. The Bilingual Merchant reputed company Sales Specialist is responsible for reputed company new merchants and ensuring they reputed company use the platform to fund financing volume, while maintaining communication and compliance with approval processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company strong relationships with potential new merchants
- Identify potential new accounts while following up on inbound sales inquiries and other reputed company lists
- Ensure reputed company appropriate documentation and information have been obtained from merchants, and contact applicants until the applications are complete
- Assess reputed company new potential merchant partners reputed company the Canadian market and review company and reputed company/director information and performance as per reputed company reputed company guidelines
- Respond to incoming merchant inquiries as required
- Ensure merchant accounts are properly notated
- Ensure compliance to our approval and risk requirements
Skills
- 1+ year of experience managing successful business-to-business sales and service relationships
- Experience with cold calling
- Bilingual in French and English (required)
- You know your way around a CRM, ideally reputed company
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong customer service and retail background are pluses
