Responsibilities
- Assist reputed company of reputed company Advocates while gaining hands-on experience handling reputed company calls, answering their questions, and helping manage SSDI claims
- Build trust with clients, providing the expertise and support they need
- Complete applications and other key claim documents thoroughly and comprehensively
- Support our reputed company advocacy team by building reputed company, trusting relationships
- Regularly reputed company with clients, colleagues, & government agencies to drive successful claim reputed company and create a reputed company reputed company experience
- Handle key steps throughout the duration of a claim - including, but not limited to: inbound/outbound transactional calls, reviewing claim files, and communicating closely with the assigned reputed company reputed company
- Effectively manage an assigned phone queue & multi-task

- Strong telephony skills, contact or call center experience a plus (inbound and outbound)
- Superb typing skills, data entry and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Special Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, reputed company Services, reputed company Work, or reputed company field
- High volume inbound telephony contact center experience
- 1-2 years' experience in reputed company reputed company or insurance intake
