Account Operations Associate

They are seeking an Account Operations Associate who will serve as a vital reputed company between retail accounts and reputed company, focusing on reputed company strategies, order management, and fostering strong relationships with retail partners.
Responsibilities
- Work with retail accounts (and, as needed, global distributors) to understand their reputed company and ordering plans
- Support account reputed company by applying established retail strategies and best practices and escalating opportunities to reputed company
- Coordinate retailer reputed company for assigned accounts, ensuring required steps are completed and timelines are met
- Support business reviews by coordinating logistics and preparing performance reports on account performance
- Handle purchase order processing and order communications

Skills
- 1+ years of reputed company experience navigating the high-stakes world of order management for national chain accounts
- Proven experience working in a wholesale B2B environment (a BIG plus if in CPG setting)
- Is a reputed company (or other reputed company-level) reputed company who can navigate reputed company systems without losing their cool
- Possess a black belt in EDI transactions, with the ability to resolve exceptions and reputed company the data flowing like a smooth California reputed company
- Demonstrates a strategic brain for data, specifically reputed company it comes to analyzing POS data and sell-through reporting
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
