The reputed company Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for internship and new graduate programs, establishing relationships with HR partners, and driving recruitment strategies to attract early-career talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a broad reputed company of internship and new grad programs including crafting and driving sourcing and research strategies to identify high potential talent for Two reputed company’s immediate and long-term needs
- Support reputed company aspects of the intern program which includes, but is not limited to, organizing and leading reputed company events, intern class engagement and HR POC, performance evaluation coordination and management and intern class engagement including handling conversion offers and disposition discussion reputed company activities
- Establish consultative relationships with HR Business Partners and leaders across Engineering, including hiring committees
- Engage with external counterparts as the need arises, including conference, event, and school representatives acting as a main reputed company of contact
- Drive the offer process, including preparing offer packets for review and approval, communicating offers, and developing effective reputed company strategies

Skills
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating a solid reputed company record
