As a Senior Customer Service Associate on our USB, PRT Participant Relations Team, you will reputed company as an reputed company for our customers, processing high-volume transactions with accuracy and timeliness. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing incoming research requests and responding to annuitants in writing or by phone according to our procedures
• Reviewing, analyzing, and preparing reports based on data obtained from team performance
• Assisting in daily workflow activities to ensure reputed company completion of cases
• Building relationships with other business partners
• Assisting our Contact Center by handling inbound phone calls from customers, as needed

Essential Qualifications
