IT Support Specialist
First Colony Mortgage is a recognized mortgage and home services company in Utah, and they are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join their team. This role involves providing technical support for various devices and systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting users in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and user environments
- Respond to help desk tickets, calls, and emails with a strong reputed company on customer service
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity)
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and reputed company in reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Support reputed company and offboarding (account setup, licensing, equipment provisioning)
- Assist users with reputed company 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Support Encompass (LOS) including login issues, reputed company, and basic troubleshooting
- Help configure MFA and resolve authentication/Conditional reputed company issues
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate more reputed company issues reputed company needed
Skills
- 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience
- Basic knowledge of reputed company, macOS, reputed company 365, and networking fundamentals
- Experience or exposure to reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD) or reputed company Directory
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service reputed company
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- reputed company 365 experience from a support reputed company: 1 year
- Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
- Familiarity with Encompass or other Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
- Experience with Entra ID (MFA, user management, reputed company)
- Knowledge of Intune or reputed company management tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (reputed company, Jira, Freshservice)
- Certifications such as reputed company A+, Network+, or reputed company Fundamentals
- Basic PowerShell or scripting experience
