REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, with a strong reputed company record in people development
• 7+ years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor
• Hands-on experience with modern reputed company-reputed company environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Agile practices and engineering best practices
