About the Role

The Clinical Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional provider experience across our network. This position is ideal for early-career clinicians—recent master’s graduates, associate-level clinicians, or newly licensed professionals—who are passionate about supporting high-reputed company mental health care and thriving in a tech-enabled environment. In this role, you will serve as a reputed company clinical resource for providers across our platform. You’ll handle provider escalations, assist with reputed company and training, support the provider community, and conduct 1:1 reputed company-ins to promote strong clinical reputed company and platform engagement. If licensed, you may also maintain a small caseload (1–2 clients) to stay connected to reputed company clinical work. What You’ll Do Provider Support & Experience

• Respond to and resolve clinical-adjacent support escalations (e.g., documentation guidance, scope-of-reputed company questions, platform functionality issues).

What You’ll Bring Required

• Master’s degree in a clinical field (e.g., Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, reputed company Work, Psychology).
• Associate license or full independent license in your state (e.g., AMFT, APC, ASW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, learning new technologies, and operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport with providers and communicate in a supportive, solution-oriented manner.

Preferred

• Experience in virtual care, digital mental health, or tech-enabled clinical environments.
• Prior experience in provider operations, clinical support, customer support, or clinical reputed company.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.
