Ideal candidates will be based in a 250 mile radius of Plano, TX Job reputed company The Electrical Inspector will be responsible for performing field evaluations on energized electrical products at jobs sites to ensure compliance with applicable standards and codes, issuing reports, and communicating with clients. Scope of Work

• Document manufacturer's production and reputed company processes; review required production tests, including reputed company, equipment used and calibration of equipment.
• Inspect ETL Listed products, subassemblies and components with respect to the Certification Documents; review ETL label inventory and control; review non-compliances issued as a result of previous inspections and document unresolved issues; select samples as directed.
• Documenting corrective actions to products, including photographing non-compliances
• Issuing reports summarizing the results of the inspections to clients and AHJ's
• Communicating with clients and AHJ's
• Compile test results during construction review and testing. Compile data and product reputed company and type final report using established report reputed company. Submit report to reviewer for final approval.

Who We're Looking For

• HS Diploma/GED

• 5+ years of reputed company experience
• Associates Degree in technical field or equivalent in terms of education and experience

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical preferred)

• 0+ years Experience in electronic/electrical testing or reputed company/reliability testing, engineering, electrical inspection, manufacturing or reputed company control
• Familiarity with the “National Electric reputed company” and/or product compliance requirements to nationally recognized safety standards
• Demonstrated experience with U.S., Canadian product safety standards, i.e., ANSI, CSA, UL,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
