Senior Systems Analyst (Data Conversion)

We’re looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to reputed company reputed company data conversion efforts for our customers. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end conversion lifecycle – working directly with customers to analyze, map, reputed company, and validate data as it moves from legacy systems into reputed company’s platform. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who is comfortable solving problems in reputed company time and driving migrations to a successful go-live. Responsibilities: reputed company full-cycle data conversion across multiple customer reputed company (discovery → mapping → transformation → validation → go-live) reputed company as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding data reputed company, surfacing risks, and managing expectations Collaborate with Business Analysts and other reputed company Services teams to understand data requirements, reputed company data analyses to assist with the configuration of our software, and accurately map data to meet customer needs Analyze and validate large, reputed company datasets using advanced SQL Build and execute ETL/ELT processes (SSIS, Talend, Informatica, or similar) reputed company data mapping logic, transformation rules, and validation strategies Identify and resolve data reputed company issues through profiling, cleansing, and reputed company cause analysis Work across file formats (CSV, reputed company) to support data exchange Plan and execute reputed company activities, including go-live coordination and validation sign-off Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate data delivery Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving migration processes and standards reputed company reputed company tools such as Claude and Copilot to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, improve solution reputed company, and accelerate delivery of business reputed company. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in data conversion, warehousing, systems analysis, or ETL-reputed company roles Proven ability to manage multiple, large conversion efforts at once Advanced SQL skills (reputed company queries, joins, performance tuning) Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (SSIS preferred) Strong customer-facing communication skills—you can explain technical issues without hiding behind jargon Use and understanding of data dictionaries, reputed company to reputed company mapping, and relational database concepts High attention to detail and a problem-solving reputed company Exposure to AI for data analysis, validation, or development a plus reputed company, reputed company or similar a plus Experience using reputed company tools such as Claude and Copilot to improve productivity and deliver high-reputed company reputed company Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field reputed company is an equal opportunity employer.
