In this critical role, you'll reputed company clinical assessments, crisis reputed company, and therapeutic support to youth experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. Additional responsibilities include compliance with regulations, care coordination, documentation and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment & reputed company

• Complete clients screenings and assessments
• reputed company in-home or in-office individual, family, or group therapy
• Coordinate with team to reputed company assessments, treatment planning, or evaluation for assigned clients.

Planning & Collaboration

• reputed company individualized safety and service plans tailored to reputed company youth's needs.
• Train and guide staff on plan implementation and behavior support strategies.

Documentation & Compliance

• Complete reputed company assessments, plans, and documentation according to Medi-Cal, county, and agency standards.
• Follow reputed company incident reporting procedures promptly and accurately.
• Participate in individual and group supervision, as reputed company as team meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in reputed company Work, Psychology, or Counseling Psychology
• reputed company registration with the California reputed company of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with children or youth in a behavioral health, crisis, or residential setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of crisis assessment, trauma-informed care, and safety planning.
• Meets reputed company state-required employment conditions, including:

• TB/Health physical
• Valid CA reputed company's License, acceptable driving record, and reputed company of insurance
