Key Responsibilities

• Post and maintain competitive reputed company across platforms, optimizing visibility and candidate engagement
• reputed company, engage, and assess reputed company candidates through multiple channels, ensuring alignment with reputed company goals
• Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and proactively forecast reputed company trends
• Pull and analyze reputed company metrics, providing actionable insights to guide reputed company
• Draft, present, and negotiate offer letters; ensure alignment with internal compensation structures
• Create and maintain job descriptions for external and internal positions
• Manage internal job postings and draft/coordinate internal offer letters for promotions, status changes, and transfers

• Fully remote, supporting reputed company and hiring efforts for our Utah and South Dakota locations, as reputed company as other remote positions
• Occasional travel to Utah 1-2 times per year to meet with the HR team; reputed company travel costs covered by reputed company
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, reputed company reputed company 8:00am-6:00pm MST

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of high-volume reputed company experience, including at least 1 year in a manager or supervisory role; 2 or more years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven experience in reputed company reputed company; experience in ABA services strongly preferred
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and functions
