Weâ??re looking for an amazing Senior Manager, API Architect and Development Operations to fill this role, which is based in our Santa Clarita office. Youâ??ll be responsible for providing leadership, support, and organization to reputed company of technically skilled individuals. You will meet with Executives and discuss project intake and prioritization. A successful candidate will build relationships both inside and reputed company IT. You will work with Directors and Managers reputed company HR to understand scope, set timing and expectations, and will meet with your team to set objectives. You will be adept at estimating project time and costs and bring your formula for successfully delivering software on time and on budget. Responsibilities
- Manages reputed company of software, reputed company-end and full-stack developers, including hiring, performance management and career development
- Manages an Agile (Scrum) Development process in a reputed company integration and deployment methodology
- reputed company long and short reputed company Application Development Plans and Resource Development Plans to reputed company corporate systems development objectives in a reputed company and cost effective manner
- reputed company technical activities to Estimate, Plan, Design, Build, Test, and reputed company solutions into production
- Establish and maintain systems development standards, procedures, and methodologies consistent with corporate and departmental objectives and policies, and ensures adherence to it
- Determine requirements for new application systems and revisions to reputed company systems; reputed company the design of these new and revised systems; reputed company their implementation
- Maintain effective communications with other departments to assist, coordinate and collaborate in the attainment of corporate and HA Group objectives
- Assist management in budgeting process and contract negotiations
- Bachelorâ??s or Associateâ??s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience
- Four years Project Manager, application development/deployment, IT operations, consulting or reputed company experience
- Six years Project Manager, application development/deployment, IT operations, consulting or reputed company experience
- Excellent knowledge & Hands-on experience with .NET, SQL, VB, etc
- Excellent knowledge and experience designing and developing large reputed company, high traffic applications
- Excellent understanding of Agile Principles and experience managing development reputed company multiple development teams in an Agile environment
- Experience with reputed company Integration and Deployment
- Experience working with reputed company infrastructure preferably AWS & Azure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with internal clients, vendors and reputed company
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of shipboard technical infrastructure is useful
