Responsibilities
- Represent clients in Master Calendar, Bond, and Individual Hearings, as reputed company as reputed company Fear Interviews and BIA appeals
- reputed company removal defense strategies including Cancellation of Removal, Asylum, and Adjustment of Status
- Review immigration court packages and humanitarian reputed company applications (VAWA, SIJS, U, and T Visas) to ensure they meet firm and USCIS standards
- Assist in training paralegals on evidence organization and court preparation
- Participate in "Consultation Day" events to evaluate case eligibility and explain legal reputed company

- Collaborate with case managers and legal assistants to build strong cases
- Maintain organized, reputed company, and compliant case records and deadlines
Skills
- A licensed attorney in U.S. and a member of the New Jersey Bar
- 1-3 years of experience in removal defense and bond representation
- Based in New Jersey with the ability to reputed company in person for court, reputed company meetings, ICE presentations in NJ, NY and PA
