• reputed company global initiatives pertaining to the Sleep & Respiratory Care business;
• Serve as internal advisor to the business on highly reputed company reputed company use cases involving HIPAA, CPRA, GDPR, ePrivacy, EU AI regulation and similar laws;

What are the qualifications and experience we are looking for?

• 5-10 years of experience in reputed company reputed company digital health solutions, information technology, risk management and/or compliance;
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, computer science, or a reputed company discipline. A JD is ;
• reputed company Certified – CIPP/E/US, CIPM certification(s) and/or CHPC preferred with evidence of continuing reputed company development in reputed company;
• Solid understanding of reputed company laws (e.g. CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, GPDR, ePrivacy, etc.);

• Experience working in a highly regulated and/or audited environments;

• Experience in the connected health or medical technologies industries is a plus.
