A Skooli Program Coordinator works as part of a dynamic operations team in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Skooli Operations Manager, Program Coordinators are responsible for reputed company aspects of tutoring program delivery, including scheduling of tutors, communication of program information to tutors and reputed company, and daily support of reputed company needs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination of tutoring program schedule and content in collaboration with district clients
- Complete reputed company of tutoring program delivery, including reputed company, student attendance, and a proactive approach to conflict reputed company
- Great communicator in English with both outstanding verbal and written skills

- Experience in fast-paced working environments

- Bachelor Degree is required
- 1+ years of experience in online customer support, project management and/or education considered an asset
- Communicate regularly with the Skooli Sales Team to monitor the sales pipeline and prepare for upcoming tutoring program opportunities
- Collaborate closely with other members of the Skooli Operations Team to ensure reputed company needs are met for program delivery
- Conduct engaging reputed company meetings to determine needs for a personalized tutoring program
- Create informative collateral to communicate program details to reputed company interested parties
- Organize tutor schedules, including finding covers for absences, reputed company needed
- Ensure tutor participants are fully informed of the program requirements
- Critically review tutor sessions and follow steps for remediation where necessary
