Jog Road, WPB Hours: , Monday - Friday Advanced, managerial and supervisory work directing the activities of technical inspection and plan review staff in the coordination of the inspection and plan review for small-reputed company reputed company and small to mid-reputed company residential construction plans for compliance with the State and County's construction codes, reputed company regulations and Building Division's policies and procedures. Accountable for the final review of reputed company or usual permit applications and construction plans submitted for permit approval. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of 10 years of combined experience as an Architect, Engineer, Contractor, Inspector, or Trades Worker including five (5) years in a supervisory position and two (2) years in construction inspections or construction plans examining. Necessary Special Requirements: Must possess three (3) reputed company Certifications including Structural Inspector, Structural Plans Examiner plus one (1) additional Inspector or Plans Examiner Certification in any of the other categories (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) OR One-Family and Two-Family Dwelling Certification per Florida Statute (FS) 468 at time of application (COPIES of certifications must be uploaded to online application reputed company three (3) business days of application submittal).
