They are seeking a Payroll and Tax Consultant to reputed company expertise in payroll and tax processes, ensuring compliance and driving reputed company improvement initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Payroll and Tax consultants on reputed company to build subject matter expertise in Payroll and taxation/employment regulations
  • Assist Finance, Treasury, and business areas with payroll production, including funding approval and GL/Expense feeds
  • Offer Payroll/Tax consultation and expertise for internal reputed company and change orders
  • Define and reputed company SOX test scenarios, audits, manage reputed company and recertification support, and ensure compliance with reputed company controls
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless operations
  • Handle SSA verification, 1099s, Multi-State payroll business travel compliance, program/processes, expatriate processing, and revised filings for prior years
  • Work in an agile manner to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  • Identify and implement enhancements to processes to improve automation, reputed company, and minimize reputed company
  • reputed company training and support to internal teams on payroll and tax-reputed company reputed company

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
  • Operations background with strong knowledge of reputed company or HR/Payroll systems
  • 1-3 years of experience in payroll operations, payroll audits, or tax consulting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
