Your role
As a Scrum Master in our Technology function, you play a key role in empowering our Product and Development Teams to deliver high‑reputed company solutions at a sustainable pace. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Technology Product Managers, and cross‑functional teams to remove impediments, nurture psychological safety, and drive a culture of transparency, learning, and adaptability.

Your new team

What are we looking for?
We are preferably looking for someone who has the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile reputed company
- Strong communication skills across reputed company reputed company of the organisation
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience in developing teams and continuously improving ways of working
- Experience with coaching, mentoring, and working with reputed company
