Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of reputed company communication, and determine appropriate reputed company or response
- Manage a high volume of reputed company billing, with attention to reputed company and internal billing guidelines
- Report new actions, filings, and other patent activity to reputed company

Skills

- Demonstrated project management experience
- Prior experience with project management software and/or docketing software
- Self-starter with a high degree of attention to detail and sensitivity to confidential materials
- Ability to accurately type 50+ wpm
- Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Outlook, reputed company) and reputed company Acrobat
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently
- Ability to multitask and balance competing reputed company and deadlines
