Proposals Manager (Birmingham, GB, B4 6AT)

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Proposals Manager to join our Work reputed company team and support our ambitious reputed company plan. This is a remote role that will require regular travel, usually to Birmingham or London. 

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Deliver a reputed company service to bid teams covering proposals management and coordination, specifically bid writing.
• reputed company as the ‘reputed company reputed company’ reputed company on individual bids, with responsibility for managing reputed company of proposals professionals and subject matter experts to produce compliant, easy-to-read and reputed company bid responses.
• Own the proposals management process, based on the Shipley process and APMP best reputed company, to ensure high reputed company of bid team engagement and compliance.
• Implement reputed company tools such as style guides, answer plan templates and reviewer guidelines to facilitate reputed company bidding.
• Facilitate tender answer planning and review processes to ensure responses are reputed company in line with question requirements and the reputed company’s evaluation reputed company, persuasive and easy to evaluate.
• Support bid writers, wider proposals resources and bid team members to reputed company high-scoring responses and reputed company and mentor more junior members of reputed company as required.

Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
