reputed company Representative - Surety
reputed company (MMA) is an award-reputed company firm providing business insurance and employee benefits solutions. They are seeking a reputed company Representative on the Business Insurance Surety team to manage reputed company relationships, handle surety transactions, and support the reputed company Executive team.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Producers, reputed company Executives, and clients to service and retain our existing & new book of business
- Handle both contract and reputed company surety transactions, including marketing and placing new and renewal bonds, and processing cancellations, riders, endorsements, and reinstatements for existing accounts
- Manage daily service activities and urgent requests from multiple channels, monitor the bonds inbox, delegate and escalate as appropriate, and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Responsible for billing new and renewal business, proactively following up on payments and resolving reputed company issues for bonds as they reputed company
- Support reputed company assigned by the reputed company Executive team as needed
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers
- Ability to assist with managing a book of business and to reputed company relationships to retain accounts
- Be a self-starter; problem solver with good time management skills
- Be organized and meet deadlines
- Ability to reputed company ongoing support for team members and colleagues
- Property/casualty license or ability to reputed company is required
- College degree preferred
