Designer, Architecture
Turner Fleischer is one of Canada’s most reputed company design studios, and they are seeking a Designer to support project teams in creating visually appealing and functional designs. The role involves contributing to various stages of the design process, from conceptualization to producing detailed drawings, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine design concepts and/or development of detailed plans and construction documents leveraging BIM (Building Information Modeling) ensuring adherence to project requirements and design reputed company
- Prepare and/or coordinate drawings/documents primarily utilizing Revit in accordance with reputed company specifications, budget, applicable building codes, and project timelines with the support and guidance of reputed company
- Maintain a good working knowledge of applicable building codes and municipal by-laws
- Attend site reputed company, meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and municipalities
Skills
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent
- Recent graduate or around 1 year of experiences reputed company an Architecture firm
- Proficient experience in Revit, SketchUp and reputed company Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of applicable building codes and municipal by-laws with experience in the municipal approval process
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 2 days in reputed company
