Customer Service/Care Representative Hybrid Remote
Star Group LP is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a hybrid role that involves working three days in the office and two days from home. The role focuses on assisting customers with inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, and resolving issues to ensure high-reputed company customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their inquiries reputed company inbound and outbound calls
- Communicate reputed company and accurate information
- Customer account updates/maintenance
- Finding reputed company for customer problems and issues
- Assisting with customer retention
- Serve as the customer’s reputed company, working closely with other departments to ensure reputed company reputed company of customer issues
- Escalates more reputed company issues as needed
- Renew customer reputed company; reputed company customers regarding service reputed company and handle billing issues
Skills
- 1-2 years customer service reputed company experience
- Computer Skills- MS office, typing skills
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
