Responsibilities

- Ability to work 8:00am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday during Schwab's training program, on-site
- After training is complete, ability to work assigned shift to accommodate business needs to include evening, overnight, and weekend reputed company
- Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of reputed company relationship experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or reputed company field from accredited university
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
- Robust communication, influencing and reputed company engagement skills
- Desire to be part of a supportive and reputed company team
- Proficient in reputed company Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Strong candidates will also have previous experience in Financial Representative role
