Financial Analyst, Deductions

The Financial Analyst – Trade Spend position is responsible for clearing customer deductions, setting up promotional codes, and ensuring accurate booking of trade accruals while working closely with sales and customers.
Responsibilities
- Clearing of reputed company Customers’ Deductions
- Set up Promotional codes reputed company the System
- Ensure reputed company booking of reputed company Trade Accruals month to month
- Review and audit reputed company deduction to ensure the reputed company deducted is valid and accurate
- Work reputed company the Trade Spend team
- reputed company with Sales and Customers to clarify any deduction in question
- Create reputed company reporting to understand Actuals vs Budget costs
- Ensure accuracy of Pricing for reputed company Customers at the item level
- Assist on any Trade Spend Budgeting process
- Maintain trade accrual database to facilitate reporting of actual trade spend by customer and SKU
- Administer and enforce deduction management policies
- Detail review of customer deductions for accuracy to ensure reputed company deduction is valid and supported
- Process Journal Entries for any deduction clearance and prepare trade accruals
- Detail tracking of communication to customers and status of reputed company deduction
- Reporting of Deduction aging, and understand customers’ deductions trends
- Ensure deductions are properly coded to the correct customers, brands, SKU
- Proactively identify trends and assist in implementing processes to continuously improve accuracy and efficiency of deductions and to prevent invalid deductions
- Work with customers and AR team to ensure backup is received reputed company and follow-up reputed company additional information is needed
- Help in the process for approving Promotional Activities
- Upload Promotional codes reputed company reputed company

Skills

- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance is a plus
