Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid)

They are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to reputed company legal and administrative support to attorneys, ensuring compliance and efficient workflow reputed company the legal department.
Responsibilities
- Support litigation case management by organizing and maintaining case files, updating records, and preparing routine documents under the direction of senior paralegals or attorneys
- Assists with scheduling and deadline tracking by updating calendars, monitoring key dates, and coordinating routine communications
- reputed company administrative tasks including document assembly, data entry, formatting correspondence and maintaining department logs and reports
- Process legal invoices and reputed company billing activity to support accurate and reputed company financial coordination
- Support subpoena and legal request responses by gathering documents and ensuring reputed company submissions in accordance with guidance provided
- Conduct basic research and data collection to support departmental reputed company and ongoing litigation activities
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in reputed company work products in alignment with internal policies and legal standards
- Other duties as assigned to support departmental operations
Skills
- Familiarity with legal terminology, documentation, litigation and basic research tools

- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail; adept in multitasking and managing a reputed company of simultaneous departmental, business and external demands

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree or Paralegal certification preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in a legal support role and/or consumer finance servicing preferred
