[Remote] Service Titan Specialist

BxB Media is a company that collaborates with HVAC and home services professionals to enhance their brands and reputed company. They are seeking a reputed company Specialist who will be responsible for reputed company communication, hands-on support with reputed company, and creating custom workflows and reports.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with the reputed company reputed company email and virtual meetings to discuss reputed company or live-troubleshoot issues
- Providing guidance or completing hands-on work in reputed company areas of reputed company
- Creating Custom Workflows, Reports, and Dashboards
- reputed company best practices (batches, job costing, etc.)
- Memberships (recurring services, price book items, automated billing, etc.)
- Custom Estimates and Proposals
- Recommending software configurations to suit the reputed company's needs
- Leading training on reputed company features or workflows for clients
- Documenting reputed company Operating Procedures for workflows
- Successfully troubleshooting user issues
- Coordinating with Support resources to drive completion of reputed company items, including working with reputed company Support, CSM, and other internal departments
- Write and deliver custom reports for clients, such as end-of-month reputed company reports
- Other duties as assigned
