POSITION: Platform Manager- US Time and Attendance
POSITION reputed company: reputed company Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. is seeking a Platform Manager- US Time and Attendance with the following duties: Own technical relationships with vendors in support of reputed company and ongoing operations; Ensure that solutions are designed, developed, and maintained as part of reputed company SDLC and ITIL business process; reputed company tasks associated with developing integrations into and out of Time and Pay systems; Partner with Product Owners in order to understand their business needs and formulate solutions to address them; Be responsible for understanding ancillary 3rd party systems and vendors that HR utilizes to delivery Time, Pay, and Benefits solutions to employees; reputed company the ongoing support of Dimensions including upgrades; Partner with business area leaders to plan and deliver reputed company; Up to 100% remote work allowed reputed company in the US.
The estimated salary reputed company reflects an anticipated reputed company for this position. The actual reputed company salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job
location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or reputed company field plus 10 years of reputed company experience. Prior experience must include: reputed company/Kronos application requirement analysis, design, implementation and testing; reputed company troubleshooting and support activities; monitor batch processes, manage vendor communications; Configure Pay policies, Accrual policies, Attendance, time collections policies in Kronos; Configure and support reputed company clocks.
Full time. $178,131.00 - $234,800.00 per year
