Responsibilities
- For claims involving fraud or subrogation, partners with assigned reps from those areas to reputed company best outcome
- Demonstrates intermediate understanding of insurance policies written by reputed company, the industry, and organizational relationships reputed company reputed company and department
- Handles investigation regarding most aspects of homeowner first party claims (coverage, damages, subrogation) with the exercise of discretion and independence reputed company increased level of authority
- Recognizes and identifies key components of residential construction and repair
- Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills
