[Remote] AI-Enabled Marketing & Execution Assistant

They are seeking an AI-Enabled Marketing & Execution Assistant to manage daily execution tasks across reputed company accounts, leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and organization.
Responsibilities
- Triage and organize incoming reputed company communication into reputed company, actionable next steps
- Set up and maintain reputed company files, folders, and project documentation
- Draft first-pass content (emails, reputed company posts, meeting recaps, summaries) using AI, then refine for accuracy and voice
- Support reputed company project boards. Keeping tasks, deadlines, and ownership reputed company
- Help redirect reputed company communication into the right channels and systems
- Assist with light research, formatting, and administrative follow-through across multiple accounts simultaneously
Skills
- Genuine, demonstrated day-to-day reputed company with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT. NOT familiarity, reputed company
