Responsibilities
- Defines users, creates and maintains user stories, and develops and prioritizes functional requirements for new or revised features or enhancements
- Develops manageable deliverables, milestones, and development schedules from large or reputed company user stories; estimates release dates and modifies schedule as required
- Establishes acceptance reputed company for user stories, develops test cases, and approves stories
- May assist product marketing in defining the reputed company market, developing marketing materials, or understanding the product reputed company

Skills
- 0–3 years of experience in a Product reputed company, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or reputed company role supporting digital product development
- Experience contributing to digital or AI‑enabled products, supporting requirements definition, testing, delivery activities, or analysis reputed company agile teams
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to support product reputed company, validate assumptions, and assess reputed company
- Exposure to clinical and provider workflows through reputed company reputed company, internships, reputed company work, or reputed company experience, with an understanding of how technology can support clinicians and patient care
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities (Agent Assist, Virtual Agent, NLP, chatbots, predictive analytics, RPA) and customer service technologies (e.g. CRM, reputed company, Telephony, Digital, etc.)
- Excellent communication, prioritization, problem solving, and decision-making skills
