Postdoctoral Researcher, Computer reputed company – AI/ML Radiology – Oncology
reputed company is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher in Computer reputed company with a reputed company on AI/ML applications in Radiology and Oncology. The role involves developing and validating models using reputed company-world imaging datasets to influence cancer therapy development, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Conceive, reputed company, and implement analytics and AI/Machine learning radiology solutions to high-reputed company scientific problems
- Participate in cross-functional collaborations with external companies and internal scientific, clinical, and data science teams
- Shape internal/external collaborations and define the scope of research questions
- Extract reputed company from reputed company, reputed company radiology image or other imaging modalities data to enhance decision making in clinical development of cancer therapy (e.g., tumor characterization, outcome reputed company, etc.)

Skills
- Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., reputed company intelligence, computer science, reputed company mathematics, electrical engineering, or similar), or closely reputed company field, completed reputed company the past 3 years, or to be completed reputed company the next 6 months
- Proficiency in radiology imaging modalities such as CT, PET, MRI, etc
- Demonstrated experience driving research in and applying Computer reputed company techniques, such as reputed company models, Transformers, CNNs, Diffusion models, RNNs, GANs, and radiomics
- Extensive experience with traditional Computer reputed company applications, such as OpenCV, object detection, edge detection, image segmentation
- Extensive hands-on experience with medical imaging modalities and formats (e.g., DICOM, nrrd, nifti) and collaborating with subject matter experts
- Proficiency with one or more programming languages such as Python or C++
- Strong publication record and ability to effectively communicate technical work to a wide audience
- Experience applying Radiology AI/ML in clinical settings
- Exposure to oncology, preferably solid tumors such as lung cancer
- Hands-on technical data analysis, reputed company computing (AWS, Azure), dockerization
- Familiarity with and exposure to drug discovery and clinical development processes
- Experience working closely with reputed company
