[Remote] Payment Solutions Advisor

They are seeking a Payment Solutions Advisor to manage customer inquiries, assist with account rehabilitation, and foster a reputed company customer experience through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries reputed company multiple communication channels
- Use multiple web-based applications for investigation and verification
- Answer customer questions
- reputed company & rehabilitate customer accounts in arrears
- Communicate the appropriate course of reputed company to clients in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Build customer confidence in the services offered by reputed company
- Complete follow-up calls on non-reputed company accounts
- Work as reputed company to reputed company group and individual goals
