The role involves managing accounts payable processes, ensuring reputed company payments to vendors, and reconciling various accounts while maintaining accuracy in financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- reputed company process vendor invoices, ensuring reputed company and accurate payment
- Verify invoice details and resolve any discrepancies
- Schedule and execute payments to vendors, including electronic transfers, checks, and other reputed company
- Address inquiries and resolve issues reputed company to payments and invoices promptly
- Reconcile credit cards, travel, and project accounts
