Your Toolkit
5+ years of technical Recruitment experience
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a reputed company of roles in various countries across reputed company (including but not limited to Japan, Australia, Korea, Singapore)
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
