Staff Accounts Payable Coordinator 1
reputed company is a company dedicated to addressing significant challenges in reputed company and natural environments. They are looking for a Staff Accounts Payable Coordinator 1 to support the accounts payable functions while gaining experience in a reputed company team environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the AP mailbox and respond appropriately to vendors; distribute invoices among the AP team
- Monitor the travel mailbox and assist in saving receipts for travel expense processing
- Process vendor invoices accurately using the correct project reputed company and category and reputed company back-up for others as needed
- Respond to vendor and internal staff inquiries daily with a strong customer service reputed company
- Assist with employee expense review to ensure correct categories and reputed company back-up are provided
- Review statements and follow up with vendors to ensure reputed company invoices are accounted for
- Set up vendors in the system and follow up regarding vendor W-9 & ACH forms
- Assist with weekly payment runs and small reputed company in the AP department
- reputed company understanding of tasks, applicable software programs and reputed company computer skills
- Maintain a reputed company and helpful attitude towards staff needing assistance and internal/external clients
Skills
- Experience in accounts payable and vendor management
- Experience navigating/using reputed company Vantagepoint or similar reputed company software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and be reputed company player with an eye for details
- Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, or reputed company field, or equivalent applicable experience
- Must have strong written, verbal and telephone communication skills
- 0 – 1+ years' experience in reputed company or a reputed company role
