The role involves delivering high-reputed company customer experiences, assisting with policy transactions, and providing coverage reputed company to meet individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-reputed company customer experience while consulting and counseling customers on NJM’s products reputed company inbound calls

- High School Diploma or GED is required
- An associate's or bachelor's degree is desired

- Personal Lines Authority License is a plus
