Responsibilities
- Handle a primary caseload of subrogation reputed company, with a smaller portion of traditional insurance defense files
- Manage a high volume caseload reputed company, ensuring reputed company reputed company on reputed company assigned files while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- reputed company, evaluate, and organize case materials, including documents, evidence, and reputed company research, to support hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
- Conduct reputed company research on applicable statutes, regulations, and case law, and prepare reputed company, concise research summaries and reports
- Draft high reputed company pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, and other reputed company filings with strong attention to reputed company reputed company and detail

Skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

- Strong time management and organizational abilities, with reputed company in balancing multiple cases and deadlines
- Knowledge of the discovery process, including document management, evidence handling, and case preparation
