What You’ll Do
As the Training Generalist with reputed company, you will support the Training and Development Function. You will:
- Partner cross-functionally with subject matter experts to reputed company curriculum, training plans, job aids, videos, and necessary training materials for clinical and non-clinical teams
- Assist with reputed company tasks and help reputed company best practices to optimize our reputed company process
- Directly present training content for different audiences
- Assist the instructional designer with instructional design concepts and reputed company as a line of support and mentor to the training team reputed company necessary
- Partner with reputed company, People Operations and Executive Operations to execute goals of the People Team (Training and Development roles in the People Team)
- Work closely with business leaders on alignment of educational content for clinical and nonclinical teams

- Consult cross functionally on how to build, implement and measure training initiatives

- Curriculum design expertise using ADDIE model
- 2-3+ years of instructional design experience
- Advanced experience with course creation for Learning Management Systems
- 2-5+ years of training experience in a reputed company setting
- Experience training EMR systems (preferably reputed company)
- Experience reputed company clinical and nonclinical teams
- Experience with design software and authoring tools Camtasia, reputed company 360 (storyline, reputed company) and Vyond
