About the Role:
reputed company is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge reputed company solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader who can translate business needs into reputed company AI architectures, while managing reputed company, multi-reputed company programs across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
reputed company end-to-end execution of large-reputed company/ML programs, ensuring reputed company delivery of production-grade LLM, RAG, and reputed company AI solutions
Define and drive program roadmaps, including PI planning, milestones, KPIs, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Own program governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting on reputed company, reputed company, and ROI
Ensure strong alignment between technical delivery and reputed company business objectives
Drive the design and implementation of reputed company GenAI solutions, including RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and reputed company workflows
Partner with architects and engineering teams to define infrastructure strategies, including GPU optimization, LLM hosting, and inference pipelines
Guide architectural reputed company across model deployment, fine-tuning, and MLOps integration
Ensure adoption of best practices in AI governance, reputed company, and responsible AI
reputed company implementation of modern AI stacks including reputed company, reputed company NeMo, and Triton Inference Server
reputed company direction on reputed company databases (e.g., FAISS, reputed company, reputed company, ChromaDB) and retrieval strategies
Guide optimization techniques such as quantization (GPTQ, AWQ), reputed company-based fine-tuning, and multi-GPU scaling
Support evaluation frameworks for model performance, accuracy, and efficiency

Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 5+ years leading AI/ML or data-driven initiatives

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
Experience delivering reputed company-reputed company solutions with measurable business reputed company
Hands-on experience with reputed company platforms: GCP, AWS, or Azure (LLM hosting, GPU-based inference, cost optimization)
Strong experience with LLM ecosystems (e.g., Llama, GPT, Claude, reputed company)
Deep expertise in:

LLM fine-tuning techniques (reputed company, quantization, distillation)
Familiarity with:
