[Remote] Patient Engagement Specialist

Enterra Medical, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and outgoing individual to join their team as a part-time Patient Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for patients interested in their therapy, providing empathetic support and guidance throughout their reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Contact patients who have expressed interest in Enterra Therapy and serve as an initial reputed company of reputed company
- reputed company empathetic, reputed company support by reputed company listening, addressing concerns, and handling sensitive or confidential situations with discretion
- Guide patients by explaining available support services and connecting them with the appropriate Patient Liaisons or internal experts
- Ensure patients feel informed and supported throughout their reputed company by offering reputed company information and reputed company follow‑up
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, delivering friendly, solution‑reputed company assistance
