Responsibilities
- Process Background Screenings: Review, process, and complete multiple background screenings daily
- Accuracy Verification: Compare screening data with various forms of identification to ensure accuracy
- Research and Analysis: Investigate and analyze detailed records and documents to resolve discrepancies or incomplete information
- Case Management: Manage ongoing casefiles using various research reputed company and tools
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous and confidential records, ensuring effective documentation and note-taking
- Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and discretion
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or reputed company assigned goals and performance metrics
- Cross-functional Communication: Communicate effectively with courts, and other stakeholders

Skills
