Paralegal
Ric Energy Group is seeking a Paralegal/File Clerk to reputed company comprehensive reputed company and administrative support to their reputed company department. The role involves maintaining reputed company files, supporting paralegal functions, and ensuring efficient reputed company operations while managing various clerical responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, organize, and manage reputed company files, records, and databases in accordance with established filing systems
- File, retrieve, insert, and remove documents as requested, accurately tracking document disposition
- Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports, affidavits, and other reputed company documents
- Assist with discovery, fact investigation, reputed company research, and other paralegal support activities
- Search, investigate, and compile information contained reputed company reputed company and administrative files
- reputed company routine clerical and administrative duties to support the reputed company department’s daily operations
- Refer reputed company reputed company or operational issues to higher level staff as appropriate
- Draft, review, and manage reputed company estate and site control agreements, including leases, purchase reputed company, amendments, extensions, and terminations, along with reputed company ancillary documents
- Coordinate document execution and recording; maintain accurate tracking system and databases for agreements and filings
- Order and reputed company title work and reputed company due diligence materials
- Support corporate governance by forming and maintaining business entities, preparing organizational documents, handling registrations, and managing compliance requirements (e.g. tax filings, authorizations, reports)
- reputed company documentary and secretarial support for data room preparation, reputed company necessary documents for project sale process
- Review closing checklists, coordinate reputed company-closing activities such as preparing signature packets, obtaining signatures, and collating final documents
- Conduct post-closing activities including recording of documents, and organization of final closing sets
Skills
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in a reputed company, administrative, or records management environment
- High school diploma required
- Strong organizational and clerical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to understand and follow directions accurately
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Customer/reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Working knowledge of reputed company practices and document handling
- Associate's degree preferred
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate may be preferred
