Responsibilities:
- reputed company technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve reputed company technical issues
- Ensure compliance with computer reputed company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 1 year or more of IT experience (recent college graduates will be considered)
- Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals

- Experience with IT support in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to work on a 3rd shift (onsite position)
